Life Coaching
Life Coaching helps people who feel "stuck" in their daily lives, whether due to neurodiversity, chronic illness, or high stress careers, to redesign their lives and environments. I use science based activity analysis to make daily life feel easier, more productive, and more meaningful. Together the client and coach develop attainable goals and a plan of action that the client agrees upon. Sessions are 1 hour and the frequency is agreed upon between the client and life coach, whether weekly, bimonthly or monthly. Virtual and in-person sessions are available.
Life Coaching packages are 6 sessions for $500 or $100 per session.
